Online, by phone or email. You'll need to fill in an application form and pay the enrolment fee, one month's rent in advance and a deposit — plus send us a copy of your ID and proof of payment. That's it!
The enrolment fee is non-refundable. Your deposit will be returned within two months of your contract ending, as long as everything's in order.
Our standard contract covers the full academic year (9 months). Short stays are available in Madrid, and contracts under 5 months are possible in Barcelona. Just ask!

You can book an in-person or virtual tour. During the visit you'll get to see the facilities and at least one type of room — so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
We have a shared storage room so you don't have to haul everything home. Ask us about availability and conditions for your residence.

Rooms don't have their own kitchen, but there's a shared kitchenette available for all residents. And with full board included, you probably won't need it much anyway!
It depends on the residence:
Madrid: only for medical/medication needs.
Barcelona: not allowed.
Salamanca: coffee maker is fine.
León: coffee maker or mini-fridge.
Floors are mixed, meaning they're not separated by gender. Every room has its own private bathroom — your space is completely yours.
Absolutely! Bring your things and make it feel like home. Just don't drill holes in the walls or cause any damage — keep it respectful for the next person too.
Just your clothes and personal stuff — that's it. The residence provides bed linen and towels, so you can travel light!
Yes! We have a shared laundry area with washing machines and dryers available for all residents.
Yes, we receive packages and post at reception. Use the residence's address as your own — we'll let you know as soon as something arrives for you.
Yes, every Tagaste residence has a fully equipped gym with free access for residents. It's included in the price — no extra membership needed.
Madrid: no parking available.
Barcelona: car and motorbike spaces available for an additional fee.
Salamanca: no parking, but there's a free parking zone nearby.
León: bike storage on-site and a public car park close by.
Yes! We have a variety of common rooms and study spaces where you can hang out, work or just chill.

Barcelona: accommodation-only option also available.

Reception and CCTV are available 24 hours a day. In Salamanca and León, residents are asked to let staff know if they'll be out overnight.
Of course! Guests are welcome in the common areas during visiting hours. We just ask that everyone respects the rules so all residents feel comfortable.
Sorry, no pets allowed — we want to keep things comfortable for everyone, including those with allergies.
Tagaste residences are smoke-free indoors. If you smoke, there are designated outdoor areas where you can do so.
Private parties aren't allowed, but we organise loads of events and activities throughout the year — so there's always something to look forward to!
